Form last two weeks, i just live on chicken, specially fried chicken. Chicken, Chicken, all over is one n only chicken. Still like i smell chicken. This is really disgusting. But, its true that, for last two week, each day i have to eat chicken for a reason, by myself or others. At office, chicken breakfast, at lunch chicken curry, at evening fried chicken and at last when i arrive my home and sit with family dinner, there was also chicken. I think i need a break from chicken eating, because, seriously, i am just tired.
So what about after so much chicken eating. I think you should take a look. Coz its really hard to explain...actually
Ya...its me, at today morning, when i came to know that, all these chicken's that i eat, starting strike inside me. There is no way to stop that strike unless i give a break or you can say its a curse from all chickens that i eat.
So from today i make an oath, not to eat any types of meat more than two days a week. I will avoid 5 types of food completely, not completely actually, as far i can and i will do 5 things every day that i should did from a long time ago.
Avoid 5 types of food:
1. Fried Chicken : I know all KFC and Mcdonalds lovers will balme me, curse me...i think some one wants to beat me too, but trust ME..!!! You just eat your crispy bucks from your wallet or credit card and the grandpa KFC is laughing at you saying this, "eat you idiots, eat". Believe me, a crying chicken came to my dream at last night and told me so...!!!!
2. Cheese : Pizza hut's cheese lover is once my favorite but one day one of my friend told me that, you are storing cheese into yourself. at that time it sounds funny to me but soon i realize that cheese was my be**y fat...grrrrrr. Btw that friend was a girl. so assume, how much shame that i felt..!!!!
3. Shawarma: Another killing food with awesome test. There is no special reason for breaking up with shawarma. I decide to keep it. But not more than two days...hihi.
4. Pasta: Cheese pasta is really tasty. but i don't like pasta so much. But its a big source of fat and calorie. I eat pasta sometimes. Sometimes with my friends with interest, sometimes without interest for my mom.
5. Coke: Aha..!!! Heavenly drink. I actually forgot that, water's another name is life. So i drinked coke as a water. Soon the sugar attacks me at my teeth. When i go to doc, he asked me, why you take so much sugar? i say, no i don't. Then doc say, definitely you take something so much that have a large amount of sugar. Then it hit me. I find out the criminal and locked it up.
Trust me, its not a easy job for locking those foods for a food lover. I just kill my heart by taking the oath. Still i feel a big pain inside me, but when i think, if i want to live healthy and happy, i need to keep away myself from those evils. So i listed out some work to do everyday and eat a balanced diet each day as possible.
1. Exercise everyday: i dun want to be Arnold Schwarzenegger like. its just for keeping alive my metabolism system and makes it work fast. Everyday at least 30 minute workout is my main focus now.
2. Drink 8 glasses of water: I want to memorize again that, water is life, note coke or any carbonated drink. Water helps to keep my kidney well and full functioning.
3. Eat Vage everyday: I will take vegetables everyday. Any types of vegetables, beans, fruits, nuts all green foods to keep myself evergreen...:P:P
4. Avoid extra sugar and salt : Extra sugar and salts are tasty and slowly killing poisons. Avoid it as much possible.
5. Mental preparation: Mind is master of everything. Just first make my mind, to think about living healthy and keep strong, body will find its way automatically.
